The new Bronco boasts incredible crowd appeal, with both Ford fanatics and brand converts getting behind the wheel. This retro model has been refreshed, styled to retain a nostalgic feel while including updated features that make it more adventure-ready than ever before.
Equipped with countless rugged features and accessories, the 2022 Ford Bronco holds its own in the Jeep line-up and outpaces many off-roading competitors. With several improvements since its reintroduction in 2021, the Bronco continues to evolve. One notable change for 2022 model years is the addition of base LED lights to three trim levels!
Ford LED Base Lighting
While LED headlamps with signature lighting remain an option, there is now a base option available on three Bronco trims:
- Outer Banks
- Badlands
- Wildrak
This new base lighting alternative gives drivers more options – and more ways to save! In fact, if you opt out of the signature LED lighting and choose the base setup, you’ll earn a $500 credit! We’re expecting more exciting updates to the next model year, so stay tuned!
Note: LED taillamps are still included as standard equipment on Ford Bronco Wildtrak, Outer Banks, and Badlands trims.
Ford Bronco Changes For 2022
What else is new for 2022? Two additional Bronco models! Check out the Ford Bronco Raptor and Ford Bronco Everglades – built Ford tough to tackle any terrain. The Bronco Raptor ups the ante with a suite of additional off-roading features, including Baja-spec components inspired by Ultra4 Racing. - Unique spring rates
- Heavy duty steering rack (40% gain in maximum load)
